Secretary Chao will discuss the Department’s ongoing workforce and career development initiatives. These programs include the Opportunity Conference, the APA Federal Career Summit, Employer Compliance Assistance and Workforce Innovation. She will also share her personal story and life’s work with the younger generation to help inspire them in their studies and career choices.
