Dear students interested in Pre-law,
I am Emily Chambers, President of the GT Mock Trial Club, and I would like to invite you to our first meeting this year to learn more about our nationally-competitive club and what we have to offer. GT Mock trial has attended national tournaments for the past five years in a row, and
consistently places in the top in invitational tournaments around the southeast. We are coached by practicing attorneys, and host a tournament every year that attracts schools such as Stanford, Georgetown, Duke and Vanderbilt. Our team has a mix of competitive work and socializing, with students traveling to cities like Orlando and Tampa for tournaments in the spring.
We will be meeting this Thursday at 7 pm in D.M. Smith, and there will be signs inside of the building directing you to the meeting. We will discuss what college Mock Trial is, how competitions work, and our tournament schedule for the upcoming year. If you are interested and
cannot attend the meeting due to a time conflict, please email me.
